The villa is located in Costa Adeje, very close to the golf course and only 5 minutes from the best beaches in the area.
Its impressive terraced views on various sunny levels in front of the mountains of volcanic origin and the Atlantic Ocean is an unbeatable experience. Stretching on one of the hammocks, enjoying an afternoon reading in the outdoor chill out area, swimming in the infinity pool or entertaining with the kids playing in the playground are some of our recommendations. Sports and wellness lovers can use the gym or tennis court located on the first floor terrace.
The interior of the house stands out for its spaciousness and clarity where the ventilation is perfect thanks to all its outbuildings with direct access to the terrace.

It is one of the best locations in Tenerife, quiet, on the Costa Adeje golf course and privacy. Close to the old fishing village of La Caleta and the luxurious Plaza del Duque shopping centre with numerous restaurants and shops. Also close to the (sandy) beaches of Bahía del Duque and La Caleta.
- The interior of the house is extremely luxurious and complete. There is a gas barbecue and a large charcoal barbecue on the terrace.
