The house has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, while the third bedroom offers two bunk beds, perfect for groups or families with children.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower, providing additional privacy and comfort.
The property is designed to give you ample space to enjoy and relax.
The living room is bright and spacious, with large windows that let in natural light and offer you panoramic views of the surroundings. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all essential utensils.
The exterior of the property is equally impressive, with a private swimming pool and beautifully landscaped garden. The large outdoor space offers you the chance to relax on the sun loungers, enjoy alfresco meals in the dining area or play a game of table tennis.

The villa, 377 m² in size, is decorated with exquisite taste and equipped with everything necessary to make your stay unforgettable. With capacity for 8 adults and 1 child, it has three cozy bedrooms, all equipped with 150 cm beds, in addition to a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and direct access to the outdoor area. Satellite television offers channels in Spanish, English, and German for your entertainment.
The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, has a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, and all the necessary kitchenware to enjoy your stay as if you were at home.
Outside, the spacious garden with outdoor furniture and the magnificent 68 m² terrace create a perfect environment to relax while enjoying mountain views. And to make your experience even more special, you can enjoy our heated private pool, maintained at 24 ºC and with the possibility of reaching up to 28 ºC, included in the price!
