Our villa of 240 m² is located in the Salobre, a private urbanization. It has 2 bedrooms, capacity for 5 people with private pool with the possibility of air conditioning and beautiful views of the golf course, the mountains and the sea.
It is distributed as follows:
Upper floor:
It has a spacious living room with a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and panoramic views of the golf course and the mountains and the sea in the distance. On this floor there is also a toilet, the kitchen and the utility room.
On the lower floor, there is a small living room with a single sofa bed, and two bedrooms (one double and the other with two single beds). Both rooms have access to the lower garden which is very spacious and there is also an area equipped with a very nice table for breakfast. There is a bathroom with shower in one of the bedrooms and a dressing room and a bathroom outside with a bathtub.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, garden furniture, internet (wifi), hair dryer, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, communal heated swimming pool, open-air car parking in the same building, 1 tv, radio. In the induction independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine and kitchen utensils are provided.
